PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

This Personal Data Processing Agreement is developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

By joining this Agreement and submitting their data on the https://atbpo.com/ website (hereinafter referre to as the Website) via online application (registration) forms, the User agrees to the processing of personal data and its transfer to the data processing operator – LLC «Arteko» (Registered address: Russian Federation, 115280, Moscow, Leninskaya Sloboda St., 26, Office 511) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), which owns the Website, under the following terms:

The User:

• Confirms that all data provided belongs to them personally;
• Confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully read the Agreement and the terms of personal data processing stated in the online form fields (registration), and fully understand the content;
• Expresses consent to personal data processing without reservations or limitations (hereinafter – the Consent). Consent is considered given upon checking the respective box and submitting the Form on any page of the Website;
• Confirms that this Consent is given freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest;
• Consents to both automated and non‑automated processing of personal data.

The Consent covers the processing of the following personal data provided by the User in forms or files attached to forms:

• Full name;
• Position, organization;
• Phone number;
• Country;
• City;
• Areas of interest, services, and focus;
• Email address;
• Any other personal data specified by the User in forms or attachments.

The User consents to the Operator’s use of cookies. Cookies do not contain confidential information, and the Operator may share cookie‑related data with partners, agents, and third parties under contracts with the Operator, to fulfill obligations to the User and for analytics and ad optimization purposes.

Purposes of processing personal data include:

• Responding to User inquiries;
• Providing the User with access to the Operator’s Website;
• Sending analytical materials and informing Users about upcoming events organized by the Operator, and registering Users for participation in such events;
• Entering into agreements with the User.

By accepting this Agreement, the User explicitly consents to the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification), retrieval, usage, transfer (providing access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. Processing may be delegated to third parties (including technical contractors) under contract, subject to personal data protection laws.

This Consent is specific, informed, and conscious.

Personal data is stored for no more than 5 years after processing unless otherwise required by law.

This Consent is considered as provided in writing and is confirmed when the User checks the box on the Website form.

Consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of data submission and can be revoked by written notice to the Operator including the information outlined in Article  14 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ «On Personal Data», addressed to: Russian Federation, 115280, Moscow, Leninskaya Sloboda St., 26, Office 511, to the General Director of LLC «Arteko».

Upon revocation of Consent, the Operator may continue processing personal data without the User’s consent if legal grounds under items 2‑11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, or Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152‑FZ exist.

In processing, the Operator may carry out: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (disclosure, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or when processing is performed by authorized third parties on behalf of the Operator. When Users participate in events organized by the Operator, relevant data may be shared with event organizers.

The Operator may update this Agreement at any time. The latest version includes the date of the last update and is effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
